Wow after all of these years I have finally found a tradesman who does the Job he says he can. To an exceptional standard, he went above and beyond. I cannot speak highly enough of Bally, he is so friendly (Get' s the joke) he is brilliant. It is evident that he prides himself on doing a good job. I will be recommending him to everyone. Now that I have found him, I will ONLY even use him. Thank you for being a brilliant human being as well as a excellent tradesman. My New Sink and Toilet are brilliant.

“Cannot fault the guy. I called him to resolve an issue with my toilet. He asked for a few pictures, quoted me then came the next day with the parts. Replaced the flush system, tested a few times to make sure it's all okay and tidied up.”

Very helpful and tried to fix the original tap first. Answered all my questions even though not related to the work requested. Communication was good with updates on arrival time. My bathroom has been left in better condition than just the tap now working so I would highly recommend Bally.
